As of August 29th, Public Safety Financial/Galloway has entered an asset purchase agreement with Modern Wealth Management, LLC, and the integration process is currently underway. During this period, Public Safety Financial/Galloway will continue to operate as a registered investment adviser alongside Modern Wealth Management.

For public-sector clients - including government, civic, municipal, and departmental organizations - investment advisory services are offered through Public Safety Financial/Galloway, an investment adviser registered with the SEC. For individual retail clients, investment advisory services are offered through Public Safety Financial operating under Modern Wealth Management of Arizona, a dba of Modern Wealth Management, LLC, an investment adviser registered with the SEC.
