David Turley is a Tax Associate at Public Safety Financial with more than six years of experience helping clients navigate tax preparation and proactive tax planning. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), David is authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS and is passionate about helping clients minimize taxes while making informed financial decisions. David's primary focus is serving first responders and their families.

Growing up with a father who served both as a police officer and in the U.S. Army gave him a firsthand appreciation for the sacrifices made by those in public service.  David believes tax planning is about more than preparing a return—it's about creating strategies that support long-term financial success. He enjoys educating clients, simplifying complex tax topics, and helping them understand how today's decisions can positively impact their future.

Outside of the office, David enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and their cat. When he's not helping clients, you'll likely find him watching sports, playing pickleball or tennis, or searching for a great cheeseburger.
