As of August 29th, Public Safety Financial/Galloway has entered an asset purchase agreement with Modern Wealth Management, LLC, and the integration process is currently underway. For individual retail clients, investment advisory services are offered through Public Safety Financial operating under Modern Wealth Management of Arizona, a dba of Modern Wealth Management, LLC, an investment adviser registered with the SEC.
